Description: This is a numbers matching RAIII engine I found on Craigs List. WT 400 block (originally in a manual shift car) with #12 heads all cast within a week of each other. I took a chance on this internet motor that was locked up and rained in. Would not turn over, even after soaking a week in penetrating oil. Follow along and see what developed.
