Feb 9, 2011 at 6:52 am: Sweet! My first car was a 1970 Ventura with a 250 straight 6 and a 2 speed power-glide tranny.
I one buried the speedo (120MPH) and it snaped all the way back to 10MPH. I think I had that baby doing 130 on the freeway.

And then I wrapped it around a phone poll. The headlights was looking at each other.

I had a 70 Nova as well and I think I liked the Ventura better as far as looks. But the Nova had a 350 with a 4 speed on the floor.

Are all these Venturas yours?
