Made this using a peice of scrap 1.25" steel tubing, then just capped the bottom and drilled for mounting and drainage. Hardest part was countouring the top of the tube to match the truck. Ground it down until it matched the outside countour upside down. Then marked my hole and cut the cab. Filipped it around and slid it into place from inside. Final spot welded and ground smooth. Total time was about 3 hours.

I did the same thing on my truck. Did you use the kit, or make it yourself?
