- “Wounded Warriors Car Show, Long Beach, Calif.” Album
- Description: A show put together to benefit the Semper Fi Fund. A fund for the help of Marines upon their return from the war.
About 180 cars showed and a great time was had by all.
The event was held at the Wyotech Training Facility in Long Beach, Calif. Towards the end of the show a car, a 2011 Camaro, equipt with hand controls, was given to SSgt. Guillermo Trjeda, A vet who lost his lower limbs in a bomb attack. It was presented to him by the Semper Fi Fund President. The car was donated by Kearny Mesa Chevrolet. Our club also made a donation to the fund. That's me at the end of the album handing our check to the president.
