Description

Each Year Redwood Chapel Community Church in Castro Valley, CA hosts a car show that is free and open to everyone. The event is a way to reach out to the community in a fun way. With well over 200 cars participating, it's well attended and appreciated by the car lovers and the general public.

This year the Car Show will be featuring Firebirds any condition any year. All of East Bay Firebirds were invited by Jerry Gamez at one of our East Bay Firebirds Breakfasts.

Free Admission, Free Registration (each car entry includes one lunch ticket), Lunch Tickets $6.

No alcoholic beverages, please.

Meetup details:

We will be departing our normal meetup spot Chevron/Jack In the Box 1650 North Livermore Avenue, Livermore, CA at 6:20AM sharp.

Then we are going to attempt to join up with the BAFGFB@yahoogroups.com First Gens at the Starbucks 20629 Redwood Rd. Castro Valley at 7:00AM.

Ok all,
So we're coming down to a couple weeks to go till the Redwwod Chapel car show in Castro Valley and I'm thinking about what time and place for a meet-up before we grace them with our presence. The flyer says registration starts at 7:30 but since we are the guests of honor, and will be afforded special parking, I suppose we should be there a bit early. I'm thinking 7:00 (corrected) (ugh) meet-up at the Starbucks@20629 Redwood Rd. We probably need to be up at the show no later than 7:30am.

So far that's my plan. If anyone else doesn't want to(or can't) get there that early, you can still come but you may not be able to park up front with the group.
If you plan to come to the meet-up let me know and I'll make a list. Maybe shoot me a phone number so we aren't waiting for people that aren't going to make it and if I can save some parking at the show I will. If your car won't make, it come anyway. Especially those that ordered shirts because I should have them with me and I'll be selling the ones that weren't paid for to recoop.
