The History channel might be full of speculation and conspiracy series now, but at least they don't carry their old nickname "the Hitler Channel" from the 90's. tongue image

I watched the whole thing, every insatllation, to get the complete story as they presented it. Programs like this are, for the most part, speculation, and this one was no different. While certain parts have been proven (Cloud seeding has been used in small areas to increase crop production since before WW II), ELF projection into the ionosphere to influence the weather is simply theoretical. It would take substantially more energy than can be produced with the existing infrastructure in Alaska and Puerto Rico (where the three American ELF installations are) to influence the ionosphere to the extent they were claiming. The theory has it's possibilities, and the theories put forth for diverting hurricanes could be put to good use... If a practical way of powering such a project could be devised. They even stated in the program that it takes the same amount of energy to power ONE ELF transmitter that it takes to power 75,000 AM radio transmitters broadcasting at the maximum allowable strength!

ELF ground projection has been used to detect underground deposits of oil and natural gas for several decades, and could undoubetedly trigger an earthquake - if the transmitter were at EXACTLY the right place, aimed in EXACTLY the right direction, and at EXACTLY the right frequency.

("Chemtrails" are an urban myth, nothing more.)
