Hot rods have a universal appeal to many people. Being the gear head that I am., I decided to take my 1989 Ford 3/4 ton van and use it to build the Freedom Rod. The Freedom Rod was build to remind people of the independent attitude of our founding fathers and of most Americans. Car enthusiasts have many of the same traits as our founders. We are innovators, inventors, dreamers, artists, and independent thinkers.
