About

This is a numbers matching car. It was bought new right here in Morritsown Tennessee by a lady who taught school in April 1950. She took delivery on May 2, 1950. She died in the 1970's and the car stayed in her family until just before I acquired it about one year ago. The person who had it then did not drive it or do anything to it while he had it so it was basically in the same shape as when she had it. It is now almost finished and is the same as it came from the factory. We painted it with acrylic enamel paint the same color as it was. It still has the original vacuum wipers and they work real good.

Specs

Original 217 6 cylinder engine and transmission. Three speed on the column. It has a heater and defroster but no radio. I have no intention of putting a radio in the car because it did not come with one.

Factory Options

Radio and Heater Nothing else

Mods

None
