The turquoise paint is Testor's "Colors By Boyd" 50's Aqua, the white and clearcoat are Dupli-Color touch-up spray paints. I had trouble with compatibility between the two types of paint: Spraying the clear lacquer topcoat over the turquoise enamel was definitely a no-no! It bubbled up a bit under the belt line, but I was able to color sand it down enough to make it presentable. To acheive the final shine, I wet-sanded it with six different grades of polishing cloths, the finest being something like 16,000 grit. Then I finished it off with a polishing out with Meguair's #7 Machine polish (by hand, of course) and a coat of Mother's "Hot Wheels" liquid wax.
