The Greenbrier was much more stylish than it's competitors (Ford Econoline, Dodge D-100, VW Microbus) from just about any angle.

All of the othervans I mentioned made do with boring round taillights. The Corvair 95-Series trucks had these more stylish units. The actual lights are just the portions beside the doors; the pieces on the doors are reflectors that came with the Deluxe trim package, which also included a nicer interior and chrome bumpers.
