About
I bought my Galaxie from a retired police officer. It was pretty much the way you see it, a real beauty, only 47K on the clock. I did some upgrades to make it a little more drivable.

427 High Riser, single 4 bbl., Comp Cam 280 Magnum, Headman Jet Hot coated headers. ATI

Factory Options
Only a radio and heater.
Mods
The 427 has a set of big valve (2.25 intake) High Riser cylinder heads, Comp Cam 280 Magnum (Hydr), 2500 ATI Convertor and 3.50 gears. It's a bag of comprimises that works well. Tons of bottom end is what you need on a 4000 pound Ford.
