No, that "Box" where the license plate used to go is only there to enclose the water pump and pulleys on that big honkin' early Hemi. Funny thing about the water pump: There were no radiator hoses hooked up to it and, even if there were there was no radiator for them to have gone to!

I agree with Maxi, this kid must have a fetish for duel tires. And you can see where he butchered the rear to put that V-8 in. Or is that supposed to hold the parachute?
