Description: As a hobby, I like to build model cars. One of my favorite things to do in the hobby is to find one that somebody else built back when the kit was new and completely restore it. These "Glue Bombs" can be found on eBay, and if they're really rough, aren't generally too expensive. Well, this one was ROUGH! When I received it in the mail and realized just what I had gotten myself into, I thought it looked like the model equivalent of the car you see for sale in someone's front yard with a faded "For Sale" sign in the windshield, a car you just knew would wind up in a junkyard before too long... So that's the way I decided to rebuild this model! Some time in the future it will get it's little "For Sale" sign tucked under a wiper.
