Mar 24, 2011 at 12:16 am: I've heard about the flag-on-a-stick doohickey and I'm thinking of adding it... not that this car's driver will actually NEED it! This little car is TOUGH!

Mar 23, 2011 at 4:13 pm: where I grew up you always put a stick with a rag (flag) on it by the drivers vent window, when you could no longer move you broke the stick off meaning you were done

Mar 22, 2011 at 12:26 am: The exhaust through the engine lid would have been perfectly acceptable, but with an air-cooled car it would make for too much heat in there. The headers are tucked well up under the car, so they should be out of the way... at least for the first few minutes!
