That is such an elegant looking car. The black paint really brings out the shape. I'm glad you had the restraint in your restoration not to throw every option in the book at it! I mean really, how many of these cars came from the factory with the 8-lug wheels?
I'm glad you had the forethought to preserve and restore 4-door cars, and not just coupes and convertibles. You just don't see many sedans (OK, I know, it's not technically a sedan but a 4-door hardtop) at shows and cruises. To see what does turn up, you might think that the family car was the exception rather than the more common car. Well, I LIKE the memories of a slower, more relaxed era (if you can call the 60's that), and there were many more sedans than coupes and convertibles. What happened? I could be very happy riding in a large, comfortable car such as this.
Not knowing much about Canadian cars, is that a Small-Block Chevy under the hood? I know that GM did things like that.
