About
This car was an eBay find, it had been sitting on a dealers lot, was traded in on a new truck, and the dealer wasn't finding any interested buyers. I took a day off work to go have a look and brought it home about 3 hours later. It was supposed to be a pro-touring car but I got to looking it over that night and found all the numbers matched. So much for the pro-touring project but I've had fun restoring it. It appraised for about 10 grand over what I payed for it and when finished, it appraised at $37,700!
I tried to sell this car for a while and then realized that there wasn't a lot of demand for a base coupe, matching numbers or not, so now its time to Pro Tour this car. Stay tuned.
