1969 Chevrolet Camaro (1969 Camaro)

Photo of a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (1969 Camaro)

About

All original 65,000 mile car. I have recently installed a 3.31 12 bolt posi rear with new leaf springs. I also rebuilt the front suspension and added correct Chevrolet disc brakes & the correct booster, propotioning & hold off valves and also all new rubber & steel plumbing. I also upgraded the 14" ralley wheels to 15 X 7 with 225-60-15's.

I bought this car from the second owner who bought it in 1971 as his first car. It has had one repaint in the original color (dusk blue) and stripe scheme. It still has the original interior. It is completely original in every way except the paint and the water pump and the vinyl top.

Specs

It currently has 65,000 miles on it. It is a 350 c.i.d., Saginaw four speed with a 3.08 10 bolt posi.

Factory Options

350 Cubic inch motor, four speed, Hurst shifter, DX1 stripe package, X11 trim package, rear speaker and ralley wheels.

Mods

I removed the DX1 stripe and dealer added vinyl top. I added the cowl hood and replaced the grill. Many thanks to Bill Spivey at Bill's Custom Automotive located in Coatesville Pennsylvania. Bill did the body work & paint work and it is outstanding. He comes highly recommended and his work speaks for itself. Thanks Bill
