I had just sold my 55 chevy and was wanting to find a new project.I drove past a friends shop on my way home and a 69 chevelle pulled out from his shop going the other way. I turned around and asked my friend David who's car that was and if it was for sell. He called the guy on his two-way and got him to meet me so I could look at the car. The next day I picked it up for $4,000 and drove it home.

Factory Options

The car was org. bought by a guy close to where I live.(A local friend of mine told me he and his brother had looked at the car a few years earlier when the orig. owner still had it, but they couldn't agree on a price.)The car is factory Garnet red,396 4-speed with black vinyl top and red bucket seats.The car was going full resto but when I passed $12,000 I stopped (for that kind of money you can currently buy one and drive it home) I will eventually finish it but it is on the back burner for now at least till I finish the nova.(only got $2,000 in it so far)so I can justify working on it a while:)

Mods

Most all the parts on this car are matching # BUT I did purchase a complete NOS power window set up for it.(NON AIR)car.
