Description: Currently I'm in the process of rebuilding my Impala. This is the third time. First was a simple paint job minor body work. Second time down to the frame, but a poor man's restoration. I just used sheet metal on the floor pan (not molded) and I had some cowl rust that I didn't have the skills to fix.
Last time - I wanted to fix the cowl rust, however this required me to pull the floor pans and put the car on a rotisserie. I decided to replace the trunk pans, swap out the engine and transmission, whole nine yards. I'm going to repaint as soon as I get it off the rotisserie.
