- Take good care of her, Bob. She's a real beauty! I'm glad you're driving it like a car and not relegating it to "Trailer Queen" status like it's previous owners did.

Car originates from Sunderland Chevrolet (same dealer as my Millionth Vega). The first titled owner purchased the car with 109 miles from the Lemoyne Pa. dealer at an auto auction on June 18, 1984. The car was a Cosworth Vega Owners Association "1987 National Round Up" show winner at the event in Gettysburg, Pa.
The second owner, a former CVOA president, purchased the car 12 years later in 1996 with 1,344 miles, not transferring title.
According to the third (second-titled) owner, a CVOA member in Texas who purchaced the car in 2001, it had won its class in almost every show entered including the CVOA "1995 National Round-Up" in Detroit where he first saw the car, and the CVOA "2003 National Round-Up" in Austin Texas. I first learned of the car in an Ebay listing in 2003, where the Texas owner had sold the car with 1,500 miles.
Eight years later, the car re-surfaced on Ebay. Not willing to pass it up a second time, I contacted the third-titled Michigan owner who was selling off his Cosworth collection. I took delivery of the well-preserved 1,592-miles Cosworth Aug. 2012.
