- Like you, I actually like that style camaro ... maybe because the first Camaro I ever drove was a '74. Dunno. But I still like 'em. Yours is cool! DKM

About
My first car was a 75 Camaro. I had it for years and completly restored it - but it's life was tragically cut short due to an accident that total'd out the car. It was my favorite car. The 74 - 77 Camaros are pretty much the least desired Camaros that anyone ever wanted - probably because the horse power was gone and huge bumpers were added - Me however They happen to be my favorite body style - I don't know why, it just is... but 3 years after the death of my 75 - My brother found me a 77 for sale in Sandersville, GA. So I went down there from Marietta, GA (where I lived at the time) and paid cash up front for it. Though it isn't the 75 I use to have - it was virtually identical to it. On top of it all - it had the Z85 code on the cowl tag indicating that this 77 is a Rally Sport Camaro. Anyway, I brought the car home and it was almost like having my first car again. Currently I have the car here at my home here in the Carolinas and it is undergoing "exterior" restoration. The car was blue when I first got it as in the picture here, but after some extensive research I am currently restoring the original Rally Sport appearance of matte black upper body colors on antique white with the red tri-colored striping. It should be finished by the end of summer.
