About
This was my first car at the age of 14 years old that I bought myself. It had no motor or transmission and I bought it from my best friend for $200.
Specs
No motor or transmission when I bought it.
Factory Options
7.5" 10-Bolt rearend with 3.08 gears. Had a 2.8 V6 with a metric 250 automatic transmission. 4 on 4 lug wheels that were 13" in diameter. Floor shifter, 80 MPH speedometer, power steering, ands power brakes.
Mods
WHEELS -- Rare deep 13" x 8" diameter ET slot mags in the rear and 13" x 6" front slot mags up front.
TRANS -- Turbo 350 automatic trans with a shift kit. Chrome transmission pan.
BODY -- 8" snorkel hood scoop.
INTERIOR -- Autometer tach. RCI racing seats and covers. 5pt harnesses. Pioneer speakers, Audiovox AVX210 stereo, Grant steering wheel, and battery relocated in the spare tire hole in the hatch.
MOTOR -- 307 SB Chevy with 11-1 forged pistons, 2.02/1.6 cast iron heads custom built, Hydraulic .447/.447 lift Duntov 30/30 hydraulic cam, Holley 600 CFM carb, Weiand X-cellerator intake, Melling HV oil pump, Hooker Super Comp headers, Thrush turbo mufflers, Accel Super Coil, Dual point distributor, Accel wires, roller rockers, aluminum short water pump, custom alterator bracket, Pete Jackson Gear Drive, and a chrome dress up kit with tall valve covers. All outer bolts were allen bolts with anodized cups. Braided hose covering on some of the hoses. For a air cleaner I used a Mr Gasket chrome scoop that had the red butterflies. I found factory motor mounts and a 4 core radiator.
The motor was eventually blown up so it ended up having two better built 355's in it before i twisted it all up and parted it out so the salvage yard could have the remains.
