I bumped that 1 star vote you had with a 5 vote. Your car looks like it's going to be great! Have a look at my garage ... I'm a big T/A fan and I've written something you might enjoy. DKM

Larry,

GM has literally thousands of company owned cars in the Detroit area. I'm sure that yours
was used by some GM exec. for transportation. After they put 3k miles on them, they were
sold as an "out of service" used car. Most times these cars would be snapped-up by a
lower level GM employee at a huge discount.

Unfortunately, there isn't any additional information to be had. Sorry!

Jim,
If my car was originally a GM company car, would that be classified a more rare car ? What would GM use this car for ? Can the be a GM history on were it was used or who used it ? It sounds pretty interesting to me. Can you find out more information on this car ?
Thanks, Larry V. DeLong

Larry,

Your car was originally a GM company car. The dealer that it was consigned to
was: General Motors, Staff Accounting, Warren, MI.

Jim,
One the window sticker that your company faxed to me, it says in the Dealer column,
that General Motors Corporation, Staff Accounting Service, Warren MI 48090. was the Dealer ? Most window stickers that I have seen have a Dealers name of some type. Why does my window sticker say other wise ? My vin # is 2W87Z8N175012.
Thanks, Larry
