About

Original Build date was Nov. 1978:
This car was originally purchased from Pontiac in Van Nuys, California for Jim Mcran Pontiac, Inc. out of Hollywood, Fl. in 1979.
I purchased this Trans-am in the year 2000 in Brooksville, Fl. Brought it home and almost immediately took it to the body shop (Ted's Auto Body in New Port Richey, Fl) for modification. It took nearly 3 years to get back... but was worth the wait.

WS4 Pontiac Trans-am
Engine: L80 403 C.I. V8 with ISKY 256 SuperCam
Carburetor: 4 Barrel Holley 650 Double-Pump with same Oldsmobile intake manifold.

Differential: Richmond 3.23 Gears with Moser PreSeries Posi Unit.

Rebuilding the 403
