1979 Pontiac Trans Am Tenth Anniversary LE (TATA)
Last updated May 8, 2007
This 4-speed Tenth Anniversary Trans Am (TATA...so get your mind out of the gutter, guys) is an unmolested 51K mile car which I purchased in 1998 from a collector in New York. It's starting to show the inevitable ravages of time (in particular the paint) and I have replaced the interior as well as installed a set of NOS turbine wheels and center caps purchased with the car.
The collector had removed the front air dam and all four spoilers for a repaint, they have since been re-striped.
It's a great road car and I'm looking forward to doing a really nice restoration sometime in the near future.
