- Description: 1984 Monte Carlo. 406 SBC 450HP & 450FT/LBS....this is on the for sure side. Might be close to 500 I have no clue, never had it dynoed. Very lobed cam true dual exhaust 3 inch all the way back. With 4 inch Gibson tips. Has new gray cloth interior. Full stereo system, with pulsating blue neon in the interior. New 16 inch Eagle Series 211 (I think) rims. Custom made center consul to fabricate the B&M shifter. This car is a sleeper!!!
