I owned this car as a daily driver for about a year before I was forced to sell it because of gas prices....

I sold it on ebay to a guy from Florida who was planning on restoring it. I was sad to see it go, but I figured that it was off to a better life.

About a year later, I receive an email from the Florida RMV stating that “my” car had been in an impound lot for the last year, and will be crushed within 30 days if I can’t pay the storage fees. After calling the impound lot it was being held in, it turns out that the car was towed shortly after the new owner got it home due to unspecified “police activity” before he could get it registered.

The fees to get the car out totaled several thousand dollars, so the car ended up being crushed…it’s a shame really, since it was a great car.
