I have a buddy who has the same exact car. I also have that tan color interior which is the rarest color interior you can find besides black.

Hey Bob: You keep coming up with cars I used to own! I had a medium blue '89 Beretta GT 5-speed from September 1990 through December 1999 as my everyday car. It was the first 'almost new' car I ever owned, and I really liked it. (See "Blue Jay" in my garage)

About

1989 CHEVROLET BERETTA GT COUPE
White - Saddle interior

2.8 Liter V6
3-Speed Automatic

This Beretta GT was well cared for by its original owner and was always garaged. 140k miles. Original paint still shiny. I had added a new Walker stock oem exhaust, new Goodyear Eagle GT tires, and nos trim rings and center caps. The heater core, water pump and serpentine belt were also replaced. I let it go due to transmission failure.

The Beretta 2.8 Liter V6 is quick, revs freely and has a nice exhaust note. The Beretta GT was a Motor Trend 1988 Car of the Year finalist. Thery were well built cars for the time. Chevy only sold them to rental companies the first year to be sure they were right. GM adopted the Mercedes Benz paint technique for the Beretta (and the 4-door Corsica).
