- That's funny, I had a friend with a Cougar in high school and he used to smack talk my T-Bird because 'cougars were better'!

- That's a sad story. I have a 92 Cougar. That's the luxury version of the T-bird. But I know those things are fast as hell, and comfortable.

About
Got this car when I was 17 years old and in high school... Man it had some balls! I remember coming home from a concert in Boston and opening it up on the highway-got up to 125mph until it started shaking and I got freaked out and slowed down!
About 4 months after I got it I rear-ended a BMW leaving the high school parking lot because I was looking at the radio instead of the road. Besides the fact that the front end was ruined, the worst part about it was pretty much my entire school drove by mocking me on the side of the road! (Those bastards!). I ended up driving it with a smashed front end for another 6 months or so cause I didn't have the money to get it fixed at that age. Then one day the thing caught fire while I was driving it! Luckily I was right next to my house so I pulled into my driveway and my older brother ran to the garden hose and put it out! LOL (ahhh the good old days... )
