1999 Dodge Neon R/T (Rapid Transit)

Trophies: 1 Give a trophy Last updated Jun 5, 2009

Photo of a 1999 Dodge Neon R/T (Rapid Transit)

I am the second owner. I bought it at 45,000 miles from a dealership who had it leased out to one person from the factory. I got it for $10,000 out the door in 2002. It was the first car I bought by myself. It was just what I was looking for. I didn't know how to drive a manual when I bought it but then drove it 1,000 miles only 3 days after I took it off the lot and with 115,000 miles on it now it still has the factory clutch. I have definately put it through the crucible and it has come out on top. I love my R/T and hopefully will keep it past its 200,000 mile mark. With a little TLC of course.

Future Mods: Pacesetter Header, High Flow Cat, Vibrant Exhaust, Steel Braided Brake Lines, JE 10.5:1 Pistons, Billet Rods, Crane Cams, Light Weight Flywheel, Fidanza Clutch, Polyurethane Bushings, 60MM Throttle Body,Port Match the Intake and new G-Force Sports.
