Description: In which a halfwit in a Jimmy tries to take off part of my bumper. I was pulling out from the gas pump at Chevron in Tomball after filling up and she tried to whisk around me. She almost made it, except for that pesky rear fender. She claimed she didn't know she hit me, after I ran her ass down on foot and whacked the back of her truck. The best was yet to come, because although she had an insurance card, it was (gasp!) an invalid policy. Silly me, no one in Texas has real insurance, or at least not the asshats that hit me or anyone else I know. Not only that, but she had the nads to call my insurance company and try to file a claim. I was prepped to haul her ass to small claims to collect $600 to make repairs, but then I realized if she didn't have insurance, drove (barely) a POS Jimmy, and lived in a dumpy house, she probably wouldn't be able to pay if I won, and I'd be out time and money to file. So I'm taking the higher ground on this one and eating the cost.
