1968 Pontiac Parisienne Pillarless hardtop sports sedan (Parisienne)
Last updated Aug 17, 2010
this model was originally imported into Australia in CKD form by General Motors Holden and assembled at plants around Australia. The CKDs were imported from Canada as the import duty was more favourable from another Commonwealth country. Consequently, because Canada did not have Pontiac engine plant, the cars were fitted with 327 Chev small blocks. The car is currently undergoing restoration.
Car has now been sold to a friend of my son who is continuing the resto.
