Head to Head
1958 Sunburst Yellow/White Metropolitan. All stock 1500 cc, Austin engine, 3 on the tree transmission - daily driver (when Michigan weather permits!) We've driven this to many states and have a blast with it.
This picture was taken at the Tin Can Tourists Annual Gathering in May 2007. The Met pulls a 2007 Dew Drop Cargo Trailer.
About “White In Night Satin”
This 1961 T-Bird was purchased new by the previous owner in Twin Falls, Idaho, and I purchased it from that fellow in 1995 in Blackfoot, Idaho. It has been repainted, reupholstered and the engine overhauled since I've had it, but I've kept most everything to the original appearance.

A scorching 1500 cc engine powers this baby! 3 on the tree transmission. Due to small size, it's surprisingly fun to drive - and very easy to maintain. Austin engine makes it easy to find parts. Designed by Nash, built in Longbridge England for the US market.
This is a "mid" version. Features the 2 tone paint scheme but does not have vent windows or an exterior trunk lid.
