I traded my 1977 Chevy truck for this car. When I got it , it had the factory 216 and 3 speed. One night coming back from a cruise in Ohio, one of the babbits ( old style rod bearing) decided that 50 plus years of service was enough. So now I'm doing a late model engine swap along with a S-10 differential and a Turbo 350 transmission. It's a long hard road since I'm trying to go cheap and keep the project affordable.
