About “Orange Crush”
This car was a very big surprise birthday present. I got it for my 15th birthday back in '04. I came home from a band trip and went to my grandma's to celebrate my birthday, and so she tells me to go get the pop out of the garage. Of course, oblivious to the fact that it was in her garage, I went and opened the door to find it there! I was speechless for about 15 minutes. My parents had taken me to a Ford dealer not long before and asked me what I'd want as a car if ever I got to choose. So I laid out what I wanted, without knowing they were serious! Boy am I glad I said a Mustang. When I first had discovered it and was speechless, I just kinda went over it a few times and did kinda like Nicholas Cage does with the '67 Shelby in 'Gone In 60 Seconds.' There really is nothing quite like getting a new car, especially by surprise.
