Head to Head

About “? Lucky ?”

I bought this vette in 2005. I have always wanted one. It was fun working on it, finding different parts needed to improve performance and looks. I wanted it to look different from any other 82. The color looks orange in the daytime and red at nite. 2 good friends, ( Larry & Rodney), helped me to get it where it is today. I really enjoy driving it on cruises and I show it at cars shows. I have received many trophies including Best GM, Ladies Choice, Best 80's, and Best 80's Corvette along with the Top 50's ect. I like going to shows, hanging with the other guy's, seeing there cool cars and getting different ideas from other 82 vettes on how to improve mine. I love driving it.

About “SickSpeed”

Let me start off by saying that this car actually gets raced. I've taken it to quite a few autocrosses. Last time out, I was beating about 60% of the WRX's in the field, with a 3700lb curb weight. Plans for next year include road racing at summit point.

This is my first car, and I have had it for 3 years now. It served as my daily driver for the first two years until I got my other car, the 1991 corolla that is still in my virtual garage here. This car is my pride and joy, and I have invested over 20k into it, including the initial purchase price of 2400.

Check out the Specs and Albums to see what all has been done!

Last time to the track indicated somewhere slightly north of 300 RWHP which means about 340+ at the crank.

She's been in Chevy High Performance magazine and was chosen to be the "face" of MonteCarloSS.com, by being printed on the official merchandise. See http://www.ca...teCarloSScom/ if you are interested
