About “The White Knight”

I bought this car in 2002 and have done quite a bit of restoration work on it, keeping it 99% stock all the way through.

Although it is not driven in the winter I drive it to work every day and keep it clean enough to show it.

About “Ponti Carlo”

1987 Monte Carlo SS... Bought it for 900 bucks... It was originally a White/Maroon car, but I have painted it Charcoal Gray... I plan on taking it down to bare metal and painting it Black Metallic and a possible 2-Tone... This was my first car and I plan on keeping it with me :)

L69 - 305 H.O
3.73 locker rear
200-4R 4 speed automatic
F41 factory perfomance suspension
Saddle interior

Specs for “Ponti Carlo”

305 HO going to a TH-2004R Tranny with a 7.5 10 Bolt with 3.73s... In the future, I am putting a Pontiac 467 Stroker motor, Beefed TH-2004R, 8.5 Rear End with 3.73s or 4.10s gears

 

Factory Options for “The White Knight”

Air, Cruise, Tilt, Power windows, Power door locks, Air conditioning, T-tops, Bucket seats with column shift (factory ordered original)

Factory Options for “Ponti Carlo”

305 HO, F41 Suspension, Split Bench Seat, Column Shift, Cruise Control, T-Tops, etc.

 

Mods for “The White Knight”

Converted to dual electric cooling fans

ADS Power chip

True dual exhaust

The tail pipes are not stainless steel. I get asked about them all the time. They are simply regular exhaust pipe. So why are they so shiny? When they were first installed I spent three hours per side with Mothers metal polish and a lot of rags.
That's right folks, they're just metal polished normal exhaust pipe! After initially getting that shine it's easy to keep it up. Once per year I take 15 minutes a side buffing them up. I wipe them off whenever I wash the car as well. It's been almost 5 years now and they still look like new.
There you have it, I just saved you $200+ by not having to buy stainless steel pipes.

Mods for “Ponti Carlo”

Headers, True Duals, Sound Deadener Removed, K&N Air Filter, Tint, Shaved Door Handles(Putting them back on per NHRA Rules) Future mods include Pontiac 467 Stroker, Beefed TH-2004R with Shift Kit and 3200 Stall Converter, 8.5 Rear with 3.73s or 4.10 Gears, Cragar Wheels, Roll Cage, Full Autometer Guages, Somewhat gutted Interior, Anything else I come up with :D
