About “BEAST”

I bought this car about a year ago and when I got it it was nothing but a body. No engine, no trans, rear, or interior so cool I got a cklean slate with which to work with. I kept the factory paint job, which is hugger orange. Never thought Id love orange on a car but man I love it now. The paint is stock and has 98K on it but the rest of the car has about 8k on it.

Its a 1999 hugger orange Z28 which is an anniversary special of the 1969 hugger orange Z28, Being that is came equipted with the RS body kit and factory applied white racing stripes making it one of only 124 ever made.

I have spent alot of time researching and tuning to build myself a 427 with a ton of NA power. Last dyno was 568 rwhp and 518 rwtq all motor. It is driven daily and still gets 26 mpg when I keep my foot out of it and has very good street manners for as big a cam and steep a gears it has.

The engine is a LS7 427 block with mahle forged pistons 1.5mm power pac rings, callies forged rods, callies forged crank, clevlite racing bearings, ARP main and head studs, ARP rod bolts, ported LS7 heads with titanium 2.20 intake valves 1.61 inconel sodium exhaust valves, titanium retainers, Extreme series dual springs , custom cam nicknamed "THE BEAST" speced cam 239/258 dur 660/660 lift 111+4 LSA, Ported LS7 intake, LS7 lifters, Harland sharp LS7 roller rockers, Comp cam 7.750 3/8s push rods with .120 wall thickness, 92mm Nick Williams billet throttle body, 4 in silicone intake coupler, Fast toys 85mm lid, K&N panel filter, Custom ram air, paint matched valve covers, Meziere polished 55GPH electronic water pump, ATI 10% underdrive, Custom ram air, 50 pound injectors, racetronics 340LPH fuel pump with high voltage wiring harness, NGK TR6 plugs, MSD wires, LS1 coil packs, American Racing headers 1 7/8 in stepped to 2 in longtube headers with 3.5 in HVMC merge collectors custom true dual 3 in exhaust with Dr gas X-pipe, out over the axle through magnaflow mufflers. All speed density tuned with HP tuners by owner.

Koni front adjustable shocks, Koni rear adjustable shocks, Stano 1 in lowering springs, BMR boxed rear lower control arms, edelbrock adjustable panhard bar, SLP adjustable torque arm, polyurathane trans bushing, BMR weld in subframe connectors

Drivetrain:
T56 trans, B&M ripper short throw shifter, 3.5 aluminum driveshaft good too 1200 rwhp, 1350 yokes, splicer U-joints, Textralia exo skel dual disk clutch, upgraded slave and master, Moser 12 bolt rear end narrowed 3.5 in each side, 33 spline axles, detroit true trac, gear motive treated 4.56 rear end gears,

4.6L 32 valve supercharged DOHC V8, 6 speed Tremec T-56.

Added RS body kit had it painted to match, Intro 3 piece billet polished aluminum 18x12 rear and 17x8 Rebel rims, 245/40/17 michelin Pilot sport fronts, 335/30/18 BFG KDW rears, White racing stripes, limo tint on t-tops, and rear glass, 30% on sides

Interior Modifications:
The interior is all from a 02 trans am adding the tan leather seats, and black accents, alpine stereo, eclipse speakers, alpine amp
