Head to Head

About “Mustang Valdez”

I got this car because it was sporty looking, it was bright red, and it was CHEAP! When I bought this car, I was impressed by how rare it was... Then I found out WHY it was so rare! This car looked like it was in good shape, but that's only because it had an okay repaint over some real nasty rust repair. The interior was in good condition, but I could never get comfortable in that seat. It had no support any place it was needed. Then there's the little matter of performance - or what passed for performance. Some people swear by the Ford 2,3 Turbo, but I just swore AT mine! It leaked/burned oil at about a quart every 350 miles. At least there weren't many mosquitoes in the area after I drove past!

About “Stealth Fighter”

got her from my Brother. So he could put a down payment on his house. .. She was/IS an awsome street fighter with track times in the mid to high 10s. on pump gas and no nitrous..with 105 racing gas and 27p.s.i. turbo she runs in the low 10's. (in vegas)

Specs for “Mustang Valdez”

It did 0-60 in an honest 11 seconds, and the quarter mile in roughly 18. I never had the courage to check out it's top speed, because it shook like a wet dog at anything over about 90.
