About “Fahrvergnügen”
I just picked up this car in Feb. of 2010. It was an early birthday present to myself. I am the second owner of this vehicle and its bone stock. I have no specific plans for upgrades right now but I'm sure as I can afford them I will discover them.
About “road rocket”
I first saw this car in a co-workers back yard sitting under a tree. He told me it was for sale and I could have it cheap. I passed on the car because being a chevy man, I had no interest in a Jap car. Fast forward three years. I saw the co-worker who had moved on from the job we worked at together a couple years before, and asked me to stop by his place to see the new garage he had just built. when I got there the Mazda was still in the same place under the tree. Well, I had the engine sitting in my garage for some time so I thought, this might be a cool project. a V8 in a RX7. So we agreed on a price and I took the car home. after ALOT of pressure washing and cleaning, I realized I had a 78,000 original mile turbo 2 and after tracking down the original owner and getting the title from him, I am the second owner.
