About “The Red Dragon”
This is my pride and joy: My 1976 Pontiac Trans Am. My dad bought it as a "Father and Son" project about three years ago.The car has the original "numbers matching" 400 engine & it runs & drives great. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts nicely, the car always starts for me & I feel confident driving it anywhere.
There are no rust or dents, and there have never been any. - It's just a very nice clean car that has been kept as original as possible, except that the interior has been reupholstered, and about 2 years ago my dad and I repainted the car the original color with the help of a friend of his in the restoration business and had a brand new set of decals put on. Also I had a brand new exhaust system put on. My dad and I did a lot of the work on it ourselves, learning as we went along. He surprised me by giving it to me as a college graduation present last spring.
About “In need of name!!!”
It's an Esprit, but its got a formula hood on it and the trans am wheel flares, spoiler and air dam. Just bought it in June of 2010. Right now it's flat black that was painted on with a bunch of rattle cans. Eventually I'll get a real paint job on it.

I installed a power door-lock system in that also has an alarm, so the whole system includes the two door locks, an alarm system with a shock sensor, and an power trunk opener. I put in a sweet stereo system from Custom Autosound. It's got traction bars, I think it's been lowered (not 100% sure on that).
