About “The Red Line”
Saturns First venture in to the Sport Compact Market. The ION Red Lines suspension was tuned at the Prestigious Nurburgring in Germany. Forged Internals capable of handling 800+ horsepower (Minus the Pistons)out of the GMs Global Ecotec Parts bin were selected for the 2.0L I4, an Eaton M62 5th Generation Helical-Roots Style Supercharger was selected to boost the performance of the engine. The ION Red Line wasn't designed for the quarter-mile but for the Road Courses and back roads of America.
About “Paperweight/Land Whale”
Toyota's test bed for a car that would eventually dominate the import scene of the late 90's, driven by a turbocharged 3.0liter inline 6 composed of an iron block and aluminum head, capable of holding over 500 horsepower reliably on stock cast pistons and rods. Competed in Group A rally events, various racing series across the globe and was even the quickest production car in Japan before the debut of Nissan's Skyline R32.

Engine: Rebuilt 7m with less than 20 miles on it. Cometic MHG, ARP Headbolts, K/N Intake, 3 inch elbow/downpipe.
Fuel: Walbro 255 Pump, MAF-translator.
Drivetrain: Swapped from auto to Manual (R154), using Redline MT90 and Marlin Crawler nylon bushings to smoothen and stiffen shifts.
