About “Old Blue”
Got my truck October 2010 for $400. After a little work and tuning she runs fantastic...especially after being parked for almost 5 years. My plans are to fix her up and give her a rat rod look...flat black paint, boss 338 wheels, lowered suspension etc.
About “Ashley”
Well when I got this truck I had to tow it home. So My grandparents came down so I could tow it home since I didn't have something to tow it. Anyways on the way home we had an viaduct to go over. Well the climb wasn't too bad but on the way down I could hear the chain coming loose. Well right when we got to the bottom the chain came off and well I had to get the truck off the road so I coasted it around the corner and parked it. It took them awhile before they noticed that I was not behind them. I waited for about 5 minutes maybe and they came back around the corner and I just waved and laughed. I plan to keep this truck as factory as possible. Meaning keeping it looking stock but will be far from stock.

350 v8, th350 trans( want to upgrade to a 5.3 vortec/4l60e)...mods below

305 Bored .040 over. Hasn't been on a dyno yet but It's not done yet.

This truck does still have power steering and A/C even though the Compressor is off right now. I plan to have the A/C redone this summer.
Mods for “Old Blue”
Edelbrock air cleaner, Dual Flowmaster 40s exhaust exiting in front of rear tires with chrome tips, Grant Challenger steering wheel, fog lights, Pioneer cd player with ipod connector and 2 Pyramid 6x9s with 8 inch sub and amp., chrome mirrors(replaced the old white ones), rear sport bumper off an 88 suburban, HEI conversion. Also swapped out my bench seat with k5 blazer buckets and suburban center console and scored some nice rally wheels and tires(added spinners on them with transformers center cap stickers), lowered 4.5/6...cut coils in front and aligned with shims, flip brackets in rear with Gabriel adjustable air shocks, angel eye headlights, sunpro tach, b&m hammer shifter, sliding rear windows.

Summit Racing intake manifold, Summit Racing camshaft, Edlbrock 600 Cfm carb, Proform Timing gear drive set, .040 over pistons, NGK V-power spark plugs, Accel spark plug wires, Optima 78 series battery
