The cab is flipped up on to its back to make it easier to get to the entire firewall area, and the new recessed firewall is set into place.

Micah cleans the nearly 60-year-old paint off the edge of the stock firewall so the Direct Sheetmetal version can be mounted.
After the new firewall is centered on the cab, it is marked where it needs to be trimmed.
