2009 Pebble Beach Concours Week

Car enthusiasts descend on the beautiful Monterey peninsula year after year for the world’s premier automotive event, the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, held at the Lodge at Pebble Beach. This year marked the 59th gathering, and capped what has become a weeklong paradise in the month of August for car lovers of all kinds. From vintage car racing to a leisurely day walking the Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours on the Avenue to Sunday’s grand Concours, back-to-back activities provided steady entertainment.
