    Matt--

Jeez, I guess I need a vacation. I just got back from a week long conference in California and have been on the road on business for more than two months straight. I should know better than jump on email and try to catch up without more rest. Either that, or I need to stop letting my dog proof read everything.

It will be the '76 50th Anniversary (auto). The '79 10th Anniversary (four speed) is in fine running condition but does need a new set of parking brake cables in the worse way. It's also in need of a paint job...although not perfect, the '76 looks better (and is a little easier on the lower back).

Looking forward to it, May can't get here soon enough.

    Howdy all,
I'm not sure if I can go this time, I've gotta thrash to get my 52 done for a wedding, and i've been slacking big time, especially with some unexpected medical problems with the family. I might be able to catch up with yas when ya come through on one of your stops, and might even be able to show off the old Chief. I'm not rulling out going on the whole thing, keeping my fingers crossed. tongue image

Okay, so I had a little fun Friday night at the corporate blow-out and wrap-up to the conference. Cheap Trick was great and sounded surprisingly tight after thirty years. Rick, Tom, and Zander all rock as hard as they use to but Bun E. didn't make it as he was recovering from surgery. I think his grandson was standing in on the drums...or maybe it was his great-grandson. Anyway, it was a hell of a party. But as expected, now I can't get "California Man" to stop playing inside my head.

By the way, tequila is NOT my friend.

Absolutely! I may have been killing a few brain cells during the concert with all the celebrating, but was still coherent enough to remember to get the shirt.

I'll be sure to wear it during Bandit Run 2008!
