    Hi everyone,

Due to the economy and running out of time we have decided to get the Snowman Trailer graphic printed on fabric and attach it to Dave Hall's 24 foot hauler. We tried our best to get a semi trailer done for this years 2008 Bandit Run, but we just ran out of time and the economy didn't help in the matter...

We just couldn't let you all down and not have something at this years 2008 Bandit Run...

Skyline, the company I work for has generously offered to print (free of charge) two 24 foot by 5 foot fabric banners. We will present them to Dave Hall for the start of the 2008 Bandit Run in Ohio. When we stop for the day at events we will display the graphic banners on the hauler. During the Movie Tour we plan on pulling over on the side of the road just before entering Jonesboro and attach the graphic banners to the hauler and as the hauler pulls into Jonesboro all the Trans Am's will follow behind... I know it won't be the same as the actual Snowman rig, but we have something at least.

We will continue to collect contributions by selling T-Shirts on the Bandit Run 2008. We will have the following sizes available: SM, MED, LRG, XLRG, XXLRG, and XXXLRG. So look for the T-Shirt For Sale poster and get your Snowman T-Shirt on the Bandit Run. All funds currently collected are locked and safe. As we collect additional funds Tyler will update the total on his website: www.smokeyand...ditmodels.com

Here is a sample how the 24 foot hauler will look. I know there will be a line for runners to get their picture with their car parked by it...

Thanks for all your contributions to date.

Drive Safe and we'll see you on the Bandit Run 2008 wave image

I know alot of people were looking forward to seeing a fullsize replica but with the cost of running a truck for a living going through the roof, plus additional costs I wasn't expecting, it just was too much to handle in the time allowed.

I have the trailer back with all new lights. Next is getting the rear doors replaced. I'm going to get the KW road worthy and save the paintjob for last.

I will try to have it completed by next years run.
I still plan on being at the YearOne event still. Just need to plan a load over that way.

    Later, Danny

    Hi Danny,

We all did our best considering the odds that were against us with the rediculous fuel prices and the questionable economy. I look at it this way, the more time we have the better chance we'll get one done for next years 2009 Bandit Run. Don't give up... Remember, Were gonna do what they say can't be done...

Take Care, Drive Safe and we'll see you at the Year One event.

Well I wish I could be there but I'll be on the west coast making a months worth of revenue in a weeks time, so I'll have to miss the run this year. BUT, I will be able to get some work done on the trailer and get the KW road worthy.

Ya'll have fun. see ya next year!
