   Hello all biker boys and girls and every other non-biker. My brother was in an accident in Tucson, 6-24-2008. It seems a non-biker passed him in a no passing zone causing the accident, my brother laid it down. He is alive and ok. He received very bad road rash on the rightside of his body. His girlfriend has to go to a burn specialist for her burns. The other guy that cut them off, took off- fled the scene.
   
   Any help would be appreciated
   
   Here is the info
   
   Road was Old Spanish Trail just west of Jeremy Wash, the vehicle was a forrest green Nissan Armada or Lincoln Navigator. He passed two vehicles (one was us on the motorcycle) in a no passing zone, then immediatly hit the brakes to avoid hitting the other motorcycle in front of us. We had to lay the bike down to avoid hitting the back of the SUV.
   
   The accident happened on Tuesday June 24, 2008.
   
   This same driver has had run-ins and road rage trips in this same corridor before. He frequents this road maybe as a daily commute.
