About me and my passion for cars

I never really had a huge passion for cars, but my 2 teenage daughters decided that they wanted muscle cars. So one worked for 3 years walking dogs to earn money to by a 1977 el camino, the other one sold her horse to by a 1977 Trans Am. Both needed lots of work, none of us knew how to do body work, but we decided it might be a fun family project, so we started on the, firebird, and turned it into a TA. The el Camino is next! I think we did pretty good for not knowing what we were doing, taken it to 2 car show and brought back trophies both times! We were really surprised figured that the real car people might not like the fact that is it not a "real" TA, but I think they appreciated the amount of work we put in on it. My mom has a 1940 Ford....maybe we can fix that one up after the el!
