About AMFRacing1989’s Garage
About me and my passion for cars
well, where to start? I always worked on cars and boats with my father for as long as i can remember. My first car was a 1990 ford T-Bird that i paid $400 for when i was 16. Sence then, i have just been buying, fixing, blowing up and everything inbetween with cars. Then i bought my pride and joy, the Super Coupe. It is beyond the greatest car as far as condition goes, but for what i have into it and what i am going to be doing with it, i dont really care. It only has 86,000 miles on it and needs a bit of body work, but the interior is clean and the motor is solid as a rock. I really didnt get into the whole car sites on the net until my cousin told me about www.sccoa.com and sence then i have been hooked, i have met and talked to some really cool people and here i am now.
My first car
My first car was a smashed to hell 1990 ford thunderbird. I worked all summer with my dad to make the money to buy it. It was red with Black interior. The interior was SPOTLESS, then i was doing doughnuts in the high school parking lot with it and blew the tranny and it ended up in the junk yard unfortunatly.
Car I wish I still had
The car i wish i still had was my old 1991 Ford Crown Victoria. That was the first car i actually started doing any kind of performance work on. When i first bought it, it pulled a whole 18 sec. 1/4 mile time, but after a coustom cold air set up, tranny and converter out of a mustang, and the 3.73 posi rearend, i pulled to the track the next year and ran a 16.84, i was so proud of that car. I ended up selling it cause it started to overheat all the time and wanted the GMQ.
My dream car
My dream car is a for "GT" not a GT 40 but just the "GT". I just think they are BAD ASS.

I belong to the local www.officialcruisers.com (been down for a while)
